Fabrizio Politano received his bachelor degree in Chemistry at the National University of Río Cuarto, Argentina. He then followed Doctoral studies at the National University of Córdoba, Argentina. There, he performed the synthesis of N-heterocycles using microwaves and continuous flow techniques. After getting his PhD in 2018, he moved to the University of Connecticut with a Fulbright Fellowship, where he joined Prof. Nicholas Leadbeater group. There, he developed new synthetic protocols for more sustainable oxidation reactions. In 2022 he returned to Argentina as a CONICET postdoctoral fellow first, and then he entered to the CONICET Researcher Career as Assistant Researcher under the supervision of Prof. Fabricio Bisogno, working on combining enzymes and redox mediators in continuous flow. In December 2025, he moved to Tarragona and joined InnCat as a post-doctoral researcher.
